how was your interview? they didn't ask me for scenario. they just went on about me and thats it. ooops! can't say that!!! :)

The interview is not that bad, I got my results today,from Feb 21st interview, and I passed!! now im going to have to take a second polygraph.

Well I have a mentor, but I did not want to bother him, instead I called personnel department @ 213-473-9060 and they gave me amy results in about 10 minutes.

That's weird I called that number too and they told me they wouldn't release my results over the telephone, but I got something in the mail 2 or 3 days later anyways.

That is weird, because they gave me all my info, and I still have not recieved anything in the mail yet????

LAPD is supppose to be first. BUt anyhow...CONGRAD!!!

so if one applies to LAPD, they are applying for LAPD,LAWA,LAPP(port),LACP(county)? and whichever agency picks who they want? sorry.. just need some clarification

Negative. When you apply for LAPD, you get the option of applying for LAWAPD, GSDPD, and PORTPD as well...not county, though. You can also apply for any of the depts. without LAPD. If you include LAPD in you application, they will get first dibs on your background packet. Clear as mud?

Shouldn't be a problem. Basically: if you can perform, you good to go.
