Hey Whats up man, I been with the DOC going on a year and a half. Morale is pretty mixed, It depends on what institution you work in. I am not really involved with it, but are union is pretty weak, we had no contract with the state in some odd years. Pay is not that bad, there is a lot of O/T if you want it. Training is good, The academy is eight weeks long and we get a decent amount of inservice traning a year. PM ME IF YOU WANT ANY MORE INFO
