im sure he has a good idea on who did it........my teacher a former chief and still a PO likes to turn on all the lights and sirens of his former students. If he knows you dont lock your door....than you going to get it. its funny.....and it reliefs the stress.

Thats not vandalizing. It's all harmless fun. Like, baby powder on top of the visor on a sunny day, road kill under seat, baby powder in air vents, toothpaste on the windows while you close your eyes for 5 minutes, tp wrapped on a car during an ice storm (freezes real nice), the tailpipe whistler, vaseline under door handles, need I go on? Theres a million of em.
