Question for Greenville County (VA) Officers

Back in 02 i got a ticket for reckless driving, I was speeding 82 in a 60. I was driving south bound on 95 heading to NC. Is this charge arrestable in VA? The ticket said appear in court, i didn't i was overseas. I was tried in absence, GUILTY AS CHARGED. I was speeding i admit it, but what other elements must be present to charge someone with reckless driving?

None. 46.2-862 makes it reckless driving to drive more than 20mph over the limit or faster than 80 mph. Technically it is a class 1 misdemeanor and therefore you could have been arrested if you were not a Virginia resident.
