Applied To MDPD

Well, I talked about them in previous threads and I decided to apply. I went to the MDPD HQ and I applied today . I must say things have changed because now they give you your date to appear right after you finish filling out the application. I remember back when I first applied it was sent through the mail about a month after you went in for your first initial visit. I read in the newspaper how they are hurting badly for LEOs and it came on the paper today how some LEOs protested near the superbowl about their wages. Well I applied lets see what happens. I applied to MDPD too and past the CJBAT, waiting on the Orientation package.
I asked the recruitment department on the length of the process and they told me that it is taking one year and if you pass then comes the academy. To get to the streets will take almost two years from the first test.
