Are these any BSO employees on here that would share their experiences about BSO, pros, cons or otherwise about working there? I am currently a cop in Colorado but am looking to move there.

You can go to any agency and find sour grapes. Someone will tell you it used to be better back in the day etc etc. The truth is everything moves in cycles. Sheriffs and Chiefs come and go,the policies with them. Look at pay and benefits since thats what takes care of your family. I agree the job is what you make it. Good advice.

Like Screeper said, there are always those who tend only to look at the negative points, and tend to be here only for a paycheck, as this forum has just proved. But it's a good agency to work for, and has plenty of openings right now. Good luck!
