took the written today may 19,2007. it was a report writing test and a pbq... not to bad.

*Update*, took my oral interview today and passed. not to bad... on to the next phase

My buddy I used to work for got hired on with them about a year ago. He kinda likes it. Real easy to get in. He went there for the money, and I moved away so you will have to say hi if you get hired on. He works at the LA Branch also. I just got hired on as a police officer in Arkansas.

cool, will do. the federal reserve bank recruitment called me today and told me that i passed the interview. But im number 6 on the list and there are 5 candidates ahead of me. So that means im being accepted. however, im a backup...?:( Hope i get in....

I applied twice.......never heard anything the first time, and the second time got a nice form letter saying they were "impressed with my work history but were looking for someone with a different background".

Update 8/23/07: Just received a conditional offer from FRB. filled out all the necessary paperwork and faxed it back to them. ready to start the background process.....anyone know how long is the Background??:confused:
