Another tragic loss and no vest

I just read the article on the Florida State Trooper who was shoot and killed. The article stated that the trooper was shot in the chest, but was not wearing his vest because it was optional by his department. Just a reminder to always wear your vest because it could save your life!!

My prayers are with his family and friends.

Tragic but quite possibly could have been avoidable.

Anyone who is in this line of work is crazy not to wear a vest. Don't think that "it won't happen to you" because of whatever reason.

Don't take a chance..if you don't wear it for yourself, wear it for your family.

Local news reported that the trooper was shot IN THE NECK while leaning in the drivers window.
