Any one have any info about the Enforcement Agent in Ohio? I am from Indiana and we call it Excise police. Any one have any info? Can you get hired w/o the college degree? or Law Enforcement experience? Is this agency always hiring?

From what I hear you only enforce liquor laws and welfare fraud issues. But you get a take home car and you never have to wear a uniform

Most State Of Ohio Agencies Require Degree/experience. The Ohio Atty. General Website Has Info. You Can Use. Good Luck...

Google Ohio Department of Public Safety and then click on Investigative Unit. No, you don't need a degree and you can be hired without any experience. They enforce alcohol, tobacco and food stamp laws. They are not always hiring, but I believe they are hiring now.

OIU gave their assesment center the week of January 16. Their going to work off this list for a year. They had aprox. 130 people take the test. Right now their looking to hire 10 agents state wide.
