Hey guys,
Unfortunately I got into an accident today that was not my fault (Other driver admitted it was his fault, local cops agreed, and cited him). My car is currently in the shop and the officer said I can get a rental car since my car is being repaired. My question is this. My dad is the policy holder for our insurance and I know that in MA you have to be a certain age to rent a car. Would I be able to rent a car (18) or would my dad be able to rent it and I could drive it. (His insurance company would pay for it)
