Not OT, just regular shift. Get 8 hours holiday credit plust time and a half for working. So 2 1/2 times. Sweeeet. That's Thurs and Friday!

Yea.....only 6 hours though....plus get paid 8 for the holiday

Yeah, I get 8 Holiday pay. Time and 1/2 for the regular 8 I work and time and 1/2 for the 4 hours of OT Basicly im getting paid for 26 Hours today. Wooooo Hoooooo.

Oops I also wanted to ask how many of you celebrate the day before or after where you have to work.

I was supposed to work Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts (1800 - 0200). However, my SGT went to bat for me to the Unit Manager and got me yesterday night and tonight off. I work Friday and Saturday evenings my regular shift (12.25 hours, 1745 - 0600). My SGT is awesome!

I'll be working a double. My regular shift 2-10 at time and a half, and i took a 10-6 OT, couldnt refuse double time and a half. I will be celebrating thanksgiving on this sunday with my family because i have the weekend off. Happy thanksgiving everyone, and be safe!

It just happend that Thanksgiving fell on my day off, but tomorrow I'll be back at it 0545 - 1800 for three days then three more days of in-service.
