Do all OR. police departments send their recruits to the same academy? Specifically Portland?

Until very recently, a few of the bigger departments had their own academies. PPB had their own, OSP had one on the coast, and several Eugene-area departments shared an academy. Other agencies sent their recruits to an academy in Monmouth, which has since closed.

Now a new academy has opened near Salem, and every department sends their recruits there, including corrections and P&P. I'm not sure if bigger agencies like PPB and OSP will still run agency-specific academies at the new facility, or if they will be completely integrated into other classes.

All now send them to the basic police academy in Salem. OSP had their own, but are going to do a combined with dpsst and have their academy after basic. Portland sends their rookies to basic and after that they go to an advanced academy. My neighbor is a Portland Officer and I was looking into applying with them, so I asked some generic questions.
