Hello everyone. Hoping I can find some help here.
I've applied with an agency in Oregon and have my oral boards next week. I'm currently an officer in Arizona. In Arizona, your oral boards are one on one with your panel. In Oregon I guess, they are group oral boards where there is more then one person with you answering the questions at the same time.
Not being exposed to this, has anyone else had a group oral board? What do they look for? Any tips, especially Oregon officers. And of course, any help is appreciated. Thank you everyone and be safe.
