Hey Ranger7 from a ex-Long Islander...
Alegheny COunty where Picksburg is has the most individual municipalities of any other county in the country. We have I think 133 individual towns, cities, boroughs. Each with its own Police, mayor, council etc.
IN the city alone a person could get stopped by City P.D., Housing P.D. Port Authority P.D, County Police, County Sheriff, State Police.
