San Antonio PD Lateral

I'm hearing a lot of rumors about San Antonio PD starting a lateral recruiting program by spring/2007. Anyone know anything about this or got an update?

I've always heard you have to go through their academy.They might approve some otehr state academies,I don't know.

FWIW - I think I've told you before, but Houston PD has the modified academy for those officers with experience.

I see. I thought you considered a move to Dallas? Houston always gets the shaft. :D I guess DPS is still rough, eh? I've been contemplating filling out the application by the 22nd for the next academy.....err....decisions....
