I never flash my military I.D in the hopes of getting out of a ticket however, i am always asked if i am military.
I have noticed when this happens that i am either A. let off or B. have the book thrown at me.
I remember i was pulled over near Hawthorne Nevada. The trooper was very very friendly. He asked if i knew i was speeding, I told him yes, i was aware of of my speed. Everything was going nice until he found out i was military. After that he started threating to take me to jail and all sorts of crazzyness. Needless to say he let me go with a 480.00 ticket. Just wondering why he changed his attitude so suddenly? I never expect a warning and every officer i have ever encountered has been nothing but proffesional, including this one. just makes me wonder.
