HR 218 Whos qualifies?

I just heard about HR 218 the National law enforcement Concealed carry. Does this apply to Military Police? any who knows this?

the answer is no, you do not have statutory arrest powers unless you can
enforce ' civil' laws, a.k.a. state laws, now unless you a civillian that works of the dept of defense police that may be a different case.

Ditto, no Military member of any "security/military police" fall under HR218. Hr 218 has been discussed on this forum in depth over the past 2 years. Do a search and you will see all you want to know on this topic.
