Video and Audio Forensics/ Surveillance units

As a video technology major, I was wondering what police/sheriff departments in Southern California have this sort of job. Also, what federal law enforcement agencies have this sort of specialized field?

What sort of career options does a video technology student have in law enforcement?

Any information would be very helpful!

I found two federal examples:

FBI: Investigative Specialist (GS-1801)

Immigration and Customs: Technical Enforcement Officer (GS-1801)

But I have not been able to find anything at the city or county department levels in Southern California. I read a customer review from the Santa Barbara Sheriff's department on a video forensic technologies website, so I know they have the technology. But they do no mention it on their website, nor in any recruitment documents. Would LASD have this sort of specialized unit?
