Haven't posted in a while, or often, but i just wanted to share in my excitement that I finally got the call! I've waited about a year and a half, and I finally got it. I've wanted to be a cop since i was five or so, the only thing I could see myself doing. I start in august and go to academy in September! Speaking of which, does anyone know what academy at Onondaga Community College in NY is like? I guess that's where I'm going. Well thanks a lot for sharing in the joy!

Thanks guys, I just have to pass the medical exam and physical. Not too worried about that. They're giving me a chest x-ray... not too sure what that's all about. Will keep you posted. Thanks again!
