Delray Beach?

What is the reputation od Delray? I know they have 12hr tours, pay is good. But what about moral, the administration,amount of calls, backup etc?

Moral in Delray is decent. I do not know too much about administration. I am sure they have their good and their bad. Top end technology, and a very busy city. Back-up should never be a problem. Only major issue I see, is that you do not get a take home for three and a half years.
