I believe I posted a thread about this many moons ago. But given the current state of the world's affairs and the newer crop of O.commers, I was just wondering: Which do you value you more, Freedom or Security. Yes, there is the happy medium- but if you had to choose one over the other, which would it be, and why?

Freedom. With freedom, you can take steps to make yourself secure.

You can't go the other way easily if at all.

There needs to be a somewhat proportional about of both. However, I would prefer more freedom than security because no matter what level of security you have, you're still vulnerable.

I also encourage civilians to participate- I think I know where most cops stand. :)

Freedom. I think most people would also choose this, even though some posting might suggest otherwise. It is unfortunate that the question has to even be asked because all of humanity should be able to enjoy both.
