Have anyone of you all been following tabc's PI crack down and the battle with the lawmakers in Austin. The lawmakers have suspended the crack down for now till they can review the Public Intox law. I have heard that this comes mostly from heavy lobbieing especially from the austin area bar owners. Just wanted to see what everyone elses opinion was on this one.
