CSPD offers

I see that the CSPD website employment news has changed, conditional offers were originally supposed to be mailed out today, but now the site says that they will be mailed "To Be Announced at a Future Date". Has anyone heard when, or what possibly could be the delay?

UPDATE--
I see scores have been mailed out. I guess we will just have to wait for the offers though. Hopefully they will come out soon.
