Tell me about Photo Radar, what is the penalty?
Are points assessed or only fines?
I was wondering how points could be assessed if there is no proof of you driving?
Tell me how it works in your areas as "state of PA-behind the times" does not utilize this but is considering.
Also, are fines the same as an actual physical speeding stop?
