Why dont you ask what you are looking for in the form of a question? Instead of just telling people "I need all the info that you have on your dept,etc".. You will probably find that fellow Officers will be more responsive.. Just a thought

I've already received tons of e-mail from people who knew that the reason the statement was so broad was because I needed a lot of info, and they gave a lot of good insight. It's hard to ask every question, sometimes it's better just to put it out there.
