Officer Assault: MCSO Transport Deputy

My info tells me that Transport Deputy Richard Lopez of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office was assaulted on Wednesday. I understand that he was stabbed in the face several times by an inmate. The article did not specify the injuries, I only hope his eyes were not harmed.

If any of you Arizona boys have a rapport with the Good Lord, perhaps you will remember Lopez and his family when you offer your prayers today.
