Just wondering if anyone here is a Supreme Court or U.S. Capitol police officer. I'm currently applying to both agencies.

I've just filled up the paperwork for the Supreme Court PD as well. Have they given you a test date yet?

I'm with the Capitol Police. Both are not the normal PD departments. Capitol has more opportunity, but money is tight and I don't know when they will have another class. It will be awhile though. If you do a search for both on this forum, you find out what you want.

I saw the Supreme Court PD at a job fair I went to in early January. Filled out the application and they gave me a test date in late Jan/early Feb. Passed that then moved on to the panel interview, which I had 2 weeks ago. They're gonna let me know this week I think on my status.

Class 149 starts April 7th

Hope that holds true. We need the people. Don't know if any of you have seen the most recent news, but the Chief just resigned. Just remember that we work for Congress.....Alot of politics involved with this job.

I'm about to send in my BI booklet for the USCP. I just got a rejection letter from the Supreme Court this afternoon :(

I know,Did he get his son a job or is that just a no-no for a chief?...should have said...supposed to start April 7th. As of last Thursday it was still a go. Class 148 just graduated though so nobody at all in the pipeline right now and we are next in line so hopefully it stays the course. A 2nd pushback will be brutal.

It was actually his son in law. He didn't get him the job, he had to go through all the steps as anyone. And the Chief is a great Chief. I would doubt that he had much to do with it. Troubles ahead.
