Here we go with the obnoxious questions of "what would you do"...here you go attempting to stir crap up so LEO's on here can argie to they are blue in the face...where do you come up with these questions?
But to answer...I would cite you!

You ask some crzy questions...it's one thing trying to learn, but if you use some common sense, you can answer your own questions or maybe come up with something a little bit better!!
First of all, what is this person getting pulled over for?? Speeding, DWI, SB??? If it is any of the above, they should know better. Don't think explorers fall in the category for "professional courtesy".
If you are going to be a LEO oneday, questions like this cannot be answered by other people. You need to get some criteria of your own and stick with it.

Once again, your line of questions are alomst as bad as asking "what if you pulled over another cop"...every situation dictates itself...if you are truely a LE Explorer, why not direct your questins to those at your DEPT??

Again, whether it's active-duty military, another LEO, a priest or other clergy, the local badge-bunny wannabe, or a person with no LEO link whatsoever...it's all about the offense and the ATTITUDE of the person pulled over as to what the outcome is.
