Looking for some towns in NH that hire summer officers. I heard that some do up that way. Thanks for any info.

Hampton PD hires for the summer, that is how I started. You can find them online at www.hamptonpd.com or call them at 603-929-4444 and speak to Capt Tim Crotts (he is in charge of the summer hires)....hope this helps, Michelle

Here is another idea call the NH Police Standards and Training Council at 603-271-2133, they should have the listings off all the departments that are hiring Part Time officers. (Danville NH IS hiring but it is Part time, not just summer)....Atkinson might be putting another on....Private message me, I can keep in touch with you, I tend to know who is hiring all the time. Concord NH is hiring fulltime as is Highway Enforcement. Michelle

Thanks I'll PM you. What I was told is alot of NH/ME/VT depts hire summer officers and do not require them to be certified yet. I'm 19 and in school for CJ. I also considered moving up there in a few years and thought it would be nice to spend some time up there.
