If anyone is interested in or is following the Troy Kell case, here is a blog about him. The blog shows opinions both for and against the Death Penalty. It has some interesting info and I just thought I would share it:

I will say I am all for the Death Penalty. And I understand that there are atleast a hundred Troy Kell's on Death Row right now, but because his case was made so public, I feel he definitely needs to die.

Heart?! Why the hell don't they go for a headshot? I'm also inclined to agree with the blogger that the blank bullets are unnecessary.

Good point. I was so ****ed that so many people have pity for Troy Kell and people like him, that I didn't even think about that!!!

Well, I suppose the blanks are for the purpose of some reasonable doubt in the officer's minds......but they will know the odds are that they didn't fire the blank too.

As for fireing squads...I think they should be in place in all 50 states. All it really takes is ONE guy...ONE rifle....and ONE round.

Cheap and reasonable.

and Im all for the death penaty.
it really means that the BG really cant get over on one more crime, and if they get themselves there...take them out back like ol yeller.

Troy Kell did the right thing.He offed a sexual predator and a ******.Who the hell are you to insult him?
I see that the Third Reich is alive and well.

Well it's too bad some people are still seeing skin color as a relevant issue. Victory, you are a failure :D .
