Whats wrong with this piture?
Where do I start?
The only thing constables in Massachusetts are required to do is submit five letters of reference, and post a bond to serve civil process. The appointing authority is supposed to do some type of background check;

I've encountered many, many constables over the years, and only one (a retired state trooper) had any type of law enforcement training. The great majority of them realize the limitations of their authority, and won't pull any boneheaded stunts like this, because it's a money-making business for them.
This moron, I suspect, will soon have his commission revoked, and rightly so.

Wow that story is crazy, he could of did that without the bus being involved as well as the children. The thing that gets me the most is alot of constables work in hospitals, working security. I think he should of notified the police department and should of went to the mother's house first. The part that gets me the most is when they say " The police think we have no power and can't do anything". This is a prime example why some of them do not get along.
