Hey All. Anyone from the LA/OC area? what PDs pay well in comparison to the cost of living in the area? i am from va and dont knwo the ends and outs of cali life. any areas with a lower cost of living...?help

Most departments in So. Cal. will pay you well enough have a nice apartment. Home ownership will likely have to wait a few years until you've saved up, got married/have a partner who goes in half, or found a good part time income.

well he's right...most houses in SO CAL cost a lot!!! I mean really a lot...I guess some provide some sort of housing assistance (SDSO)...
