movies in '06

Has anyone seen some of the previews of 2006 movies? I am a comic book movie fan. I also dig the thrillers and decent action flicks.

One in particular stands out.

Superman Returns

This looks like it will be an awesome movie. Any superman fans out there, check out the preview at the Superman Returns website. Sorry, I dont have the link, just type it into google search and find the official site.

Other good ones include Xmen 3, Pirates of the Carribean 2, and I think Spiderman 3 as well. 2006 looks promising. :D

Saw an ad for Michael Douglas movie, called "The Sentinel" where he plays a secret service agent. Looked pretty good.

I'm really looking foward to Michael Mann's return to the Miami Vice scene... he did great with writing/directing Heat, Ali, and especially Collateral. Add to that the fact that the original show in the 80s was what turned me on to LE undercover/intelligence work, and I'm psyched for this one.

Hands down, I'm looking forward to seeing The Da Vinci Code with Tom Hanks.

X Men 3 and Superman do sound interesting. My wife and I saw King Kong already, and I was surprised how much I laughed at Grandma's Boy. :D

I am looking forward to seeing XMen, not to sure about Superman. I like the old movies with Christopher Reeves. Awww he is still a heartbreaker. :(

Da Vinci code looks good. Should be interesting.

Christopher Reeves was a great superman. But, did you see Batman Begins? Christian Bale was very good as batman. That movie was awesome! So I think they will work hard to make Superman Returns a good one.

I heard King Kong was good. Any thoughts?

I want to see Brokeback Mountain II: "Fur Traders" featuring Jessica Alba and Penelope Cruz...

I think it will be a well acted, touching movie with excelent plot line...But that's just me.

Punisher 2 is supposed to be coming out either late this year or early next year as well.

I'm paranoid about X3...I think it's gonna be either great or a total flop. We will see how it works with the new director.

Kevin Spacey is going to steal the movie in Superman Returns...heck, he stole the trailer in just the couple scenes of him that were shown. I still think that Brandon Routh looks like a little girly man.

Being a big Bond fan, I'll see Casino Royale. Still not sure if Daniel Craig IS Bond yet, but I'll give him a chance...unlike alot of the haters out there.

Pirates of the Caribbean looks pretty good. I like what I've seen of Davey Jones and the Flying Dutchman in the screenshots.

By the way, Spidey 3 isn't scheduled for release until 2007. I wish it was coming out this year.

I thought the first movie was just so surprisingly fantastic.

Oh yah, Superman the return and X - men 3 all look good too

PIRATES, PIRATES I can not wait for this hahaha the trailer on iTunes is a lot better then the ones that they been showing on TV, little more understanding of what the heck is going down instead of images that make no sense.
