I just graduated from SJSU with a 3.6 gpa. I graduated with a BA degree in law enforcement. I currently applied with the CHP. There is something that is worrying me though. Back in 2001 when I was 18 years old I got my license suspended. I got four tickets and didn

No you don't have to kiss your career goodbye. You will have to explain it and since it was in 2001 then there is enough time between it and now that you could show responsible behavior. All of us were young and stupid at one time, some more than others, but, you will not be DQ'd just for that. Be honest, explain it and most of all from this point forward do not get any more.
