D!(k and the rest of thewitness's being treated like $hit on the stand. people with the aclu seem to forget that their client is still breathing and some citizen or cop is dead because this man was so selfish he took their life so he might not have to pay for the crime he was running from. i hate cop killers worse than anything else in the world.

I was always under the impression that NY had the death penalty. Has it been changed or has watching Law & Order re-runs lead me astray?

no he didnt fall and dont try to pass that bs to me. he tripped at the top of a long stair case and fell all the way to the bottom. cant believe you would say he fell! lol
