If passing is 70% and you got 75% then you still have a chance.. That said you are at a disadvantage as other people probably scored much higher. So it comes down to what else you bring to the table. Education, physical fitness, credit history, work history, etc.

Dont worry! You will be suprised how many scored between 70-75%. You still have a chance until they inform you that they wish not to move further in the hiring process. Like Future said, its what you can offer now. Good luck!!

I wouldn't worry, passing is passing and there's not much more to say. Just realize that people with higher scores and better resumes will take prescedent (sp).

All in the oral board, if you passed the written, you passed, good job. I'm actually surprised they gave you your score.

no problem, when I went through the testing were I work you needed 80% on all 4 parts. They just lowered it to 70% so that tells me that passing is passing. Good luck!

Well that's kind of rude and disrespectful to our profession.

Since it's "Just a corrections job", then you certainly won't mind walking unarmed, for several hours amongst violent felons with nothing but your wits and hands to defend yourself with, hmm?
Your age doesn't speak of your immaturity....your foolish choice of words does, however.
