Take a look at the FBI. You could be hired as either an analyst or a Special Agent. They are super-hot on IT/IS right now as a critical skill and might be right up your alley.

I'm in IT myself, and looking for a similar change. I want to be on the enforcement side of things, though, and I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be hired within the next few weeks. Hiring board at the end of the month...

what is it with us IT guys...I'm also getting tired of sitting in an office all day playing on the computer for 8 hours a day...Hopefully, I'll be hired by the end of December as well...

Other wise I'm going to put myself through an academy down here in FL and apply apply apply to anyone who is hiring and get out of the damn office...
