Mexican Police Patches Wanted

I am interested in these patches so I can assemble a collection of various agencies south of our Border.

I work narcotics and am very interested in these agencies. All help most appreciated. I have a few patches of my agency in Oregon and possibly others if interested in trading.

Also very interested in interdiction efforts in California. Anyone know when will CHP be allowed to start conducting "consent searches" again?
