New here...from Southwest Florida

Hey all, just thought I'd stop by and introduce myself. I'm Paul and work for the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office. I have 21 + years in Law Enforcement, starting in Corrections at the State level, then to the Sheriff's Office, finally working myself out of Jail. I have done many things in my career, and now on to possibly the most difficult (or at least it seems that way) part of my career. I was promoted a month ago to Sergeant, and took over a position that has been worked on a less then part-time basis over the past few years. I have been assigned as the Staff Inspector for the agency. In all my years I have admittedly dodged all of the accreditation inspections, and now look where I am at. I guess that is justice....lol. But really, I want to make this position work, and work right. So if anybody has any feedback or experience in Staff Inspections feel free to contact me, or if you just wanna stop by and say hi.
