Chief's interview

I am scheduled for a chief's interview this week for a CSO position! The background is done, and before that process was started there were 3 other people in the running besides me. Does the fact that I've got a chief's interview mean that it's been narrowed down further?
What kinds of questions can I expect during this interview? Does the chief just want to get a feel for the type of person I am?

If you made it to the Chief's interview then the job is yours to loose. He just wants to make sure he can get along with you. Just don't say anything stupid.
