I'd ask my vet first,but right off the bat it seems you'd be "overloading" the dog which can lead to digestive & weight control problems. Many K9 supplements like what you're describing are good, but I've talked with my vet & some sled dog racers about this. Their opinion is this type of stuff is for animals that pretty much work non-stop (sled dogs,herding dogs) & not the kind of intermitent work police K9s do. I would consider supplements just don't overload him. Lethargy & excessive weight gain could be the result which would ,at least, shorten his work life.
