Who Owns This?

I took this from an inmate a few days ago. While its very similar to many STG drawings/tattoo's I've seen I can't find an exact match to pin it down to one gang or another. I posted this in "The Big House" I thought I'd ask you guys to take a look at it too. If anyone recognizes this please let me know.

I spoke with Mr. Dees editor of Officer.com. He gave me some good information as to who this could possibly be a symbol of. However he did say that it was of a semi-sensitive nature so I can't post it here. I'll also be removing the photo for the same reason. Still I'd like to thank everyone that I had scratching their heads over this lol.
