Looking for Someone in FL

I dont remember if i posted this on this Forum before.

I'm looking for a guy named Harry Browning, who used to be a cop for the Delaware Bridge and Bay Authority, in NJ/DE. I had heard he became a sheriff's dep in FL...but this was in the late 80's, i believe. He would probably be in his early 50's now.
