What is the opinion on one time marijuana use at 15 years old. For a 42 year old individual that in all other areas of his life is impecible. At this stage in his life he would love to pursue a law enforcement career. However if this one fact will deter him from ever gaining employment should he invest his time. He has no intention or is even considering lying he only wants the ballpark odds of how this indiscretion of 27 years ago will impact his chances. I say that it will have very little impact on an agencies decision/ He fears that the will dwell on it and pass him over. What do you all think? Thanks in advance
