Swat....

This isn't reallly "duty gear", but our ERT is looking for a generic SWAT uniform pin that is already in production. Doesn't matter what it looks like, we'd like to have some ideas to go on. Anyone have any direction for me?

My department (and at least one other that I know of in this area) uses the "SWAT/Operator Pin" listed below.

Another local agency uses a plain back pin placed above their name tag that just says "ERT". I've also seen ones that look like collar brass that say "SWAT" but they get placed above their name tags also.
