Maybe there were previous "smirking" incidents, which would justify a 3 day rip for "smirking".

Want to hear something really stupid...
A local county Sheriff has a beef with a couple of the cities and their police departments in the county. A ****ing match about some contract the cities had with the county sometime ago. The Sheriff does not allow for the Deputies to even go into these cities unless there is an emergency. The taxpayers are paying for the county to patrol in these areas and the Sheriff won't let them because of this ****ing match. The Deputies are scared sh_tless of even being seen in these cities. If they are caught in the "no fly zone" they will be disiplined.
Go figure...
