---OK .....Hi how is everyone doing? Im going thru the hiring process of the San Diego Sheriff Dept......... I have made it thru the background and the lie detector test (CVSA) next is Oral interview.... TALK about NERVOUS!!!! that is definately me!!! Can anyone give me any advice on the type of questions they will be asking or the type of answers they are looking for?? Please help ease my nerves!!!! :confused: thank you!

They always seem to have a person on the panel that plays the tough guy and always seems not to like your answer. They want to see how you do under stress.
They may ask you a question and than give you an opportunity to change your answer. They want to see how well you stick with your answer. They may even give you ideas why you should change your answer.
Always seek cover in your scenarios to give you more reaction time.

USA when you say "SCENARIOS" what type ???? DET/Courts is what i am going for .......can you give me some examples? Can anybody???thank you
