if you were asked these questions at an interview how would you answer

1. Neighborhood disturbance. Two neighbors arguing over a flower patch that has been run over. One neighbor threatens the other neighbor. You respond to the situation

2. In jail. An inmate has gone over his allowed time on the phone. The other inmates are upset and you have to deal with the situation

Try to speak to them calmly, try to calm them down and get them rational again. Also put some space between them. I'm sure I could go on but I won't heh.

I'd ask the inmate to get off the phone and explain to him the policy and the fact he has gone over his time to speak.
