FAM hiring locations???

I read on another forum that the only two locations that will be doing the initial hiring is DC and NY. Any FAM know if this is correct? Can you say if other locations will possibly become available after the initial announcement of these two cities?

Heard from a FAM myself that these were the only two places for the next vacancy.

I have a very good friend who's an air marshal, and he specificially told me that if hired, a new FAM would be stationed in NY or DC, and it would be very tough to get out of either location even after working there for some time.

Nothing in hard copy. Just through reading articles and talking to FAM's. Keep checking usajobs, they are about to start soon.
