When applying for a LEO position does your families history go under the scope or only yours? Will they investigate my wife's history? She has no offences, I am just curious as what to expect.

Some will, some won't. some investigators will talk with your wife,to inform them the aspects of the job and what she will have to deal with and from you if you get the job. I mean they don;t want to hire someone whos wife or even kids have dealt with drugs, or and intense criminal record, however, if shes clean, which is good or asy had a misd. at one time in her life, i would not sweat it. They are there to hire and to look at your as a person and will give you plenty of time to explain anything they find in your background. Good luck.
